Description

• Manage and oversee existing alternative investment portfolios.
• Ensure effective post-investment management for selected portfolio projects, including fund and direct investments.
• Support the team in evaluating and managing new alternative fund projects, which includes manager selection, strategy and product screening, conducting due diligence, legal negotiations, and project implementation.
• Handle internal and group-level reporting for managed projects, as well as regulatory reporting relating to alternative investments.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with academic backgrounds in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in alternative portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of investment projects, fund structures, and legal frameworks.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work under pressure.
