Description

• Manage IT-related M&A projects across all phases: due diligence, day-one readiness, and post-merger integration
• Analyze and assess the target company's IT landscape and derive integration strategies
• Plan and implement the technical integration of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards throughout the M&A process
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, external partners, and senior management to ensure a smooth integration process
• Organize and lead project governance meetings including stakeholder communication
• Contribute to the development and standardization of tools, templates, and best practices for M&A projects
Qualifications:
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an M&A context
• Solid knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure and applications
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented working style
