Are you ready to lead transformative finance projects for one of Switzerland's most innovative telecom companies? We are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager (m/w/d) with strong finance expertise and proven project management experience to join our client's dynamic team.

You will have responsibility for end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including:

• Target Operating Model design and implementation
• Process optimization across Plan-to-Perform and Record-to-Report
• Change management and training programs
• Technology enablement (SAP S/4, FP&A tools, predictive analytics)

Your mission: modernize, optimize, and integrate new technologies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Execution: Lead and deliver finance transformation projects end-to-end (from TOM design to go-live) on time and within budget
• Process Optimization: Assess current processes (Plan-to-Perform, Record-to-Report), design future state leveraging best practices and technology.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, business units, and external vendors; secure alignment and buy-in.
• Change Management & Training: Develop change strategies, training materials, and run sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Performance & Governance: Define KPIs, track benefits, and establish governance to sustain improvements.

What You Bring:

• Degree or advanced education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (FH, HF or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in finance transformation or large-scale finance projects
• Strong knowledge of finance operating models and core accounting principles
• Advanced project management skills (Waterfall, Agile) and experience with enterprise-wide programs
• Technology fluency: SAP S/4, FP&A systems, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools
• Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels
• Languages: German and English (fluent), French is a plus
